You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order to contact our customer service at hello@tonestore.co and inform us that you wish to return one or more products.
These must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note. Except in exceptional cases, shipping costs will be your responsibility. If one of the products has broken or leaked during transport, please contact us by attaching a photo of the product and the batch number, which you will find on the right side of the product.
If your order is incomplete, or if you have received other products than those ordered, please also contact us.If you have received a defective product, please contact us detailing the problem encountered and indicating the batch number, which you will find on the right side of the product.
