You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order to contact our customer service at hello@tonestore.co and inform us that you wish to return one or more products.
These must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note. Except in exceptional cases, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
