Active ingredients:
Hemp oil: Soothing.
Derived from hemp seeds, this local vegetable oil from the Southwest is obtained through cold pressing. It is known for its nutritional benefits, being particularly rich in nutrients, unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 and 6), and vitamin E.
Mustard oil: Stimulating and warming, it promotes blood circulation in the muscles and firms the skin. Provides muscle comfort.
Touloucouna oil:
Derived from an African tropical tree found near Casamance in Senegal. Touloucouna oil, obtained by pressing its fruits, helps relax sore muscles and also treats related joint problems.
It is rich in antioxidants that combat cellular damage caused by exertion and phytosterols that act on microcirculation, providing soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.
Usage:
Apply the oil from the ankle to the top of the thigh, using both hands, and press firmly with the fingertips for 5 minutes.
Frequency of use: Repeat every evening to reactivate lymphatic circulation and prevent the accumulation of fluids in the interstitial tissues.

In response to the demands of Alaena Spas, I have developed the toning massage oil for athletes to provide stimulation and muscle recovery, allowing for hydrated skin and lighter legs.

For dry skin
For your face, it could be related to your skin type or a temporary condition.
Dry or dehydrated skin can be caused by changes in temperature, dry climate, abrasive cosmetic products, or a diet low in omega fatty acids.
Dr. Sylvie Peres recommends a double cleansing routine (makeup remover oil + mango and avocado soap) along with the application of a sensitive skin moisturizer both in the morning and evening.
For your body, the first thing to avoid is using drying shower gels. Instead, opt for cleansing the face and body with a cold-processed, superfatted soap, such as the mango and avocado soap. Then, apply an oil or body cream.
Skins with imperfections
Dr. Peres, co-founder of the brand, recommends:
- Double cleansing routine (makeup remover oil + soap). Cold-processed soap effectively removes excess sebum and dead skin cells that clog pores while regulating the skin's microbiome.
- Applying the anti-imperfections solution in the evening only to the affected area and leaving it on overnight.
- Rinsing off in the morning.
- Applying the moisturizer for "mixed" skin.
To prevent skin-ging
- Properly protect yourself from the sun (use SPF50 sunscreen with mineral filters to avoid endocrine disruptors).
- Cleanse your skin in the evening to slow down the effects of pollution and other aggressors.
