To take care of your Oy items, machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Please note that colors may fade in the 1st wash, so it is best to always wash with similar colors in cold water.

This product is sent directly from Berlin, from the brand. Oy does not cover return shipping costs. Oy usually ships within 2-3 business days, it may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return the product. When trying on the product, make sure you have not applied body lotion beforehand. For returns, Oy only accepts clean items with the label and hygiene sticker.
